I've spent 2 months to record the EMX-1, every kit with no compromises on quality. The kits on the CD have the same name as the presets into the original item. Recording has been made in pristine conditions: 16 bits 44Khz thru a Mackie Mixer, into a Scope Creamware soundcard.

  • The Valves were set to about 65% so you'll get the famous 'Valved' sound from Korg!
  • the midi mapping corresponds to the original EMX-1 keyboard mapping, so if you create a song with my kits, you'll be able to use it with the real EMX-1, by using the preset with the same name!
  • each kit recording has been made with 2 velocities : with Accents and Without Accents!

* Note : compression divides the original size by a factor of 2. We use Winrar 3. If you purchase a 100mb bank from our website, you'll have to download 50 mb.

Note : all our products are created with Gigastudio and converted to the following formats : Kontakt, Halion, Reaktor, Exs24, Soundfont., Akai, Pulsar and Wav. Because of the technical limitations on some samplers some soundbanks may not work exactly the same as the original .GIG format.
